Luke Layow

Vice President of Development

Luke Layow is a graduate of The University of Florida, holding bachelor's and master's degrees in education and sport management, respectively. His career began in sales within professional sports and in the construction industry. He then transitioned to non-profit philanthropy, starting at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and later serving as the Northeast region's Director of Advancement at Prison Fellowship. Since then, Luke has successfully led fundraising efforts for various organizations, including a sport-based youth development program, a food bank, a private Christian school, and most recently, initiatives focused on encouraging Christian voter participation in the last presidential election.
