Welcome to The Colson Center (“The Colson Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 2. Purpose and Mission Consistency

The Site is provided for informational, educational, and community purposes consistent with our nonprofit mission to equip Christians to live with clarity, confidence, and courage.

Mission Alignment: As a ministry rooted in a specific Statement of Faith, we reserve the right to remove user-submitted content, restrict access, or terminate accounts for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inconsistent with our biblical mission, values, or community standards.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, submit written notice including identification of the work, the allegedly infringing material, contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury of accuracy to colsoncenter@colsoncenter.org. The Colson Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Transactions are processed by third-party providers. Donations are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Refund terms for events or digital products may be specified at purchase. You agree not to initiate chargebacks in bad faith.

You agree to attempt informal resolution before filing claims. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado Springs, Colorado, under American Arbitration Association rules. You waive participation in class actions.
