Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to www.colsoncenter.org and related websites (including breakpoint.org, colsonfellows.org, whatwouldyousay.org, colsoneducators.org, colsonconference.org, and identityproject.tv), applications, and digital services operated by The Colson Center for Christian Worldview (“Colson Center,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Services. We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
Description of Services
The Services provide educational, informational, and ministry-related content, including articles, commentary, audio programs, video content, courses, publications, and other materials grounded in a Christian worldview. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.
Eligibility and Authority
You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content available through the Services, including text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), is owned by or licensed to the Colson Center and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade dress (“Marks”) are the property of the Colson Center or its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or otherwise exploit any Content or Marks without prior written consent.
You may download or print Content solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices are retained and no ownership rights are transferred.

SMS / MMS Communications Policy
By opting into our SMS / MMS notifications, you agree to the following terms:
Consent: You consent to receive recurring automated informational text messages from Colson Center at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency: The number of messages sent per month will vary based on your selected preferences and program participation.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier.
Opt-Out Process: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.

Privacy: We respect your privacy. Your phone number will only be used for the agreed-upon SMS program and will not be shared with third parties.
We collect and use your phone number solely for the purpose of delivering marketing and informational SMS / MMS updates from Colson Center. Your phone number will not be shared, sold, or used for purposes outside of the agreed-upon messaging.
By submitting your phone number through our online form, you provide express written consent to receive automated SMS / MMS messages. We use a double opt-in method to confirm your subscription.
License to User Content
We welcome feedback, comments, submissions, and other content you provide (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant the Colson Center and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform, and display such User Content, including your name in connection with such content, in any media now known or later developed.
Restrictions on User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and any activity under your account. You may not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, abusive, or misleading. You may not submit content that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. The Colson Center reserves the right to review, remove, edit, or refuse any User Content in its sole discretion and to restrict or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
Ministry-Specific Content and Doctrinal Integrity
The Services exist to advance a Christian worldview consistent with the mission and teachings of the Colson Center. Accordingly, you agree that you will not use the Services in any manner that is inconsistent with or undermines that mission. The Colson Center reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or restrict any content, user submissions, or uses of the Services that it determines are inconsistent with its religious, theological, or organizational convictions. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any obligation on the part of the Colson Center to host, display, or distribute any content that conflicts with its mission or beliefs.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: (i) use the Services for any illegal purpose; (ii) engage in conduct that violates the rights of others; (iii) transmit unsolicited commercial communications; (iv) interfere with or disrupt the Services; or (v) use the Services in any manner that, in our reasonable judgment, could harm the reputation or mission of the Colson Center.
Passwords and Security
Certain features of the Services may require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You may not use a username that is misleading, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
Copyright Policy (DMCA)
The Colson Center respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe that content on the Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written notice to colsoncenter@colsoncenter.org including: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a statement of good faith belief; a statement under penalty of perjury; and your signature. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers. Counter-notifications may be submitted as permitted by law.
Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites (“Linked Sites”). We do not control or endorse Linked Sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of Linked Sites is at your own risk.
Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Colson Center disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Colson Center shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services. In no event shall the Colson Center’s total liability exceed one hundred dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Colson Center and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration, except that either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Colson Center regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
