Colson Center Survey Prize Draw Official Rules
No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.
1. Sponsor
This prize draw is sponsored by The Colson Center (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to legal residents of the United States who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, and any organizations directly involved in administering the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
The prize draw begins on 5/1/2026 and closes on 6/1/2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included.
4. How to Enter
Participants may enter the prize draw by completing the Colson Center survey and submitting their contact details at the end of the survey. To enter without completing the survey, entrants may email colsoncenter@colsoncenter.org with the subject line “Survey Prize Draw Entry” and include their full name and email address during the Entry Period.
Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person may be disqualified.
5. Prize
There will be 15 winners. Each winner will receive one $100 Amazon gift card.
The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $1,500.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Amazon is not a sponsor of, or affiliated with, this prize draw. Amazon and all related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place on or around 6/15/2026.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry. Winners may be required to respond within [7] days of notification to claim their prize.
If a winner does not respond within the stated timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or fees associated with accepting a prize.
9. Use of Information
Information collected through the survey will be used for research and analysis purposes. Contact details submitted for the prize draw will be used to administer the draw and notify winners, unless the participant separately consents to receive further communications.
Survey responses will be analysed in aggregate and will not be used to identify individual respondents in published or shared findings.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the prize draw if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the prize draw. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, or undeliverable entries.
11. Release
By entering, participants release the Sponsor and its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
